She has experience from month-end close to strategic planning; budgeting, and financial and cashflow forecasting.
Sarah feels that “non-profits are the heart and soul of a community, they are essential”. She loves to be able to bring her financial expertise to organizations to help them be as successful as possible. She believes that “good information is key to managing an organization” and she has a skill for helping to organize info in a way the allows users to really understand and leverage it to drive good planning and decisions.
When not working Sarah spends her time reading, gardening, rug hooking, enjoying time with friends and family and spending as much time as possible outside: walking, hiking, running, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, cross country skiing, bird watching and just generally enjoying being in nature. She has been a percussionist since 5th grade and continues to play regularly with community orchestras and in back up bands for community choruses. Whenever she gets a chance to play, she jumps at it: classical, jazz, klezmer, country, polka, big band, swing….
