Carrie McGovern
Studio Accountant
Carrie loves cars! Well not really but she did work for Enterprise Rent-a-Car for 10 years as an Accounting Manager. She decided to branch out and do some consulting work and that is how she began working with Studio501 and serving the nonprofit sector. She grew up in Wisconsin but popped over to Minnesota for college. She spent some time at the University of Minnesota and ultimately earned her bachelor’s degree from Metro State University.
Carrie loves to help out organizations who are doing so much for the communities that they are in. “It’s very rewarding to work with people who have the same goals in mind – to further accomplish the mission of the organization.”
When she is not crunching numbers, Carrie love to read anything by Stephen King, go for long walks with her dog, Gus, hang out with her family (she has 3 kids that keep her quite busy) and travel.
