Carol Aegeter
Studio Accountant
Carol’s thirty plus years of non-profit experience gives her a broad perspective in approaching non-profit work: “I find it personally fulfilling to work for organizations that impact our world and make it a better place. Making a profit doesn’t excite me but making a nonprofit financially stable excites and energizes me. I find it fulfilling to use my skills and experience to assist smaller organizations to achieve their long-range strategic goals.”
Carol has worked for non-profits in a variety of roles from Chief Operating Officer and VP of Finance and Administration to VP of Human Resources, Controller and Director of Centralized Services. Her experience is with organizations of many different sizes, ranging from 35 employees to 4,500 employees with annual budgets ranging from $6 million to $100+ million. With a BA degree from St. Catherine’s University in Accounting and Marketing/Management and a Master of Arts Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Accounting and Human Resources from St. Catherine’s University Carol’s strongest skill sets are in financial oversight, analysis, cost controls, budgeting, auditing, human resources, board relations, and contract negotiations.
When not working to support non-profits’ missions Carol enjoys camping and travel with family and friends and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
