Matt Lemmon
Studio Accountant
Matt has over 20 years of accounting experience in multiple roles with a wide range of expertise and management experience in both public, private and non-profit accounting. He has 10 years of nonprofit accounting experience in which he managed a team in all facets of grant accounting.
Matt loves the idea of the mission of many nonprofits in which there is goodwill and compassion to the community. “I have had people I meet share with me on multiple occasions how the non-profit I worked for saved their life and that is definitely one of the most rewarding job experiences a person could have.”
He has worked with programs including where: minor offenders are allowed to mitigate jail time and get proper treatment; homeless are provided services and shelters; mental health/substance abuse treatment is provided via short-term and long-term care and supported employment programs to help people with intellectual disabilities get jobs. These are just some of the many non-profit programs he has worked with that are essential to the betterment of the community.
When he is not working, he enjoys the outdoors: hiking; pickleball; playing tennis; running and working out.
