Every winter, Roni cheekily questions why she lives in Minnesota, but she never questions her decision to work in nonprofit finance, as she has for the past 13 years. Before becoming a consultant and joining Studio501 three years ago, she served as the finance director at Conservation Corps. “My work creates a support system for organizations to thrive,” she says. When she is not preoccupied with spreadsheets, her four-year-old daughter keeps her on her toes, prancing around as “a little princess” and performing Frozen for the 100th time.
